He was predeceased by: his former wife Norma Hatherly; and his son Brian Tully. He is survived by: his wife Louise Baker Tully; his siblings, Bobby B. Tully and Bonnie L. Moorehead; his stepdaughters, Amanda G. Hayes and Susan L. Oden; and his grandchildren, Alyssa J. Wright, Gregory D. Hayes, Rachel M. Bailey, Zachary V. Hayes, Payton K. Oden and David B. Skinner. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
