She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carlos Ortiz and Petra Jaimes Ortiz; her husband Urbano Diaz Jr.; her siblings, Juan Carlos Ortiz, Eduardo Ortiz, Eugenio Ortiz, Maria Ortiz and Roberto Ortiz; and her brother-in-law Crescencio Aguilar.
She is survived by: her children, Belinda Jo Angoori, Daniel Diaz, Leticia Freeman and Samuel Diaz (Eunice); her grandchildren, Sarah Llanas Angoori (Chris), Bianca Blackmon Angoori (Davis), Jaclyn Diaz, Kristen Diaz, Madison Freemon, Anna Freeman Hughes (Trey), Katie Freeman Kelly (Sean), Sydney Diaz, Diego Diaz, Maya Diaz and Lisa Ortiz; her great grandchildren, Oliver Llanas Angoori, Nico Llanas Angoori, Sofia Moldes, Jalena Moldes, Marcelo Moldes, Abigail Hughes and Luke Hughes; and her siblings, Petra Aguilar, Fela Carrillo (Joe), Catarina De La (Julian), Matilda Foster (Tim), Eduvigen Thomas (Jim) and Trini Ortiz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
