She is survived by: her children, Dolores Garcia (Manuel Gonzales), Ernest Garcia (Dania Parra Benitez), Carlos Garcia (Christina Gomez), Daniel De La Paz (Alexis Gonzalez) and Daniela De La Paz (Angel Ruiz); her grandchildren, Anthony Garcia, Jessica Garcia (Derek Vasquez), Manuel A. Gonzales (Christine Rodriguez), Abigail Gonzales (Noah Menchaca), Natalia Garcia, Elianna Garcia, Gabriela Garcia, Albert A. Garcia, Carla Garcia, Drazeo De La Paz, Azalea De La Paz, Joe Garcia, Catalina Garcia and Cairo Garcia; her great grandchildren, Isabella Vazquez, Derek Vasquez Jr., Penelope Vazquez, Gabriel Vasquez, Anthony Gonzales, Serenity Gonzales, Elena Gonzales, Emelina Menchaca and Leonardo Menchaca; and her siblings, Maria Callan, Esther Guardiola, Natividad Mares Jr. and Edward Mares.
A Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1206 E 9th St, Austin, TX 78702). A committal service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Assumption Cemetery (3650 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78704).
