George Sampson Nalle III Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Sampson Nalle III (Austin, Texas), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 9, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George S. Nalle Jr. and Anne Byrd Nalle (Woods); his wife Carole Gasaway Nalle; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Brun (Marcus Brun) and Christie Nalle.
He is survived by: his children, Brian James Nalle (Karen Fricke Nalle) and Karey Nalle Oddo (Chris Oddo); his grandchildren, Caroline Nalle, Garrett Nalle, Harrison Oddo and Katherine Oddo; his brothers, Alan W. Nalle and William B. Nalle; and his nieces and nephews, Bruce Brun, Alan Nalle Jr., Jordan Nalle, Andrea Brun Keeler, Laura Lea Nalle and Camille Nalle.
George and Carole were members of St. David's Episcopal Church and before Covid, he enjoyed ushering on Sundays.
Donations in his honor may be made to The Rotary Club of Austin Scholarship Fund or St. Stephen's Episcopal School.
