He is survived by: his wife Eva Gayle Gibbs; his sister Anne Stanton; his aunt Louise Gibbs Harwell; his daughter Pamela Magee (David Magee); his grandchildren, Kyle, Lindsey and Amanda; his daughter Katherine Lewis (Scott Lewis); his grandchildren, Will, George and Charlotte; and his son Philip Gibbs.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home (5416 Parkcrest Dr, Austin, TX 78731). A memorial service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Tarry Town Methodist Church (2601 Exposition Blvd, Austin, TX 78703).
