He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Stark and Emma Richardson Stark; and his siblings, McKinley Smith, Edward Smith, Wilbert Smith, Joseph Richardson and Doretha Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Reverend Bunnie Stark; his daughter KasSaundra Stark-Ringer (Lloyd); and his siblings, Allen Stark of Lutcher, Louisiana and Jessie Mae Jacques of Brooklyn.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elgin Funeral Home (712 N Avenue C, Elgin, TX 78621). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Grant Worship Center (1701 Kramer Ln, Austin, TX 78758). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542). The military honors was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Central State Texas Veteran Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542). During the Pandemic, Brother Eugene and Reverend Bunnie were instrumental in distributing over 5, 000 lbs of food in the Taylor and Austin areas.
