He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Meagan and Cody (Molly); his grandchildren, Harper, Rowdy, Bellamy, Briggs and Jett; his siblings, Chris, Lori, Linda and Lisa; and his cousin Tommy. He is also survived by other cousins, nieces, nephews, other extended family and lifelong friends.
