She was predeceased by: her parents, Lupe Sr. Velasquez and Rosauda Velasquez; and her siblings, Sobeida Wood and Benito Velasquez. She is survived by: her husband John Flournoy; her children, Michael Flournoy (Kim), Joseph Flournoy (Laurie), Leticia Smith (Chris) and Jonathan Flournoy (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Roxanne Fay Flournoy, Elijah Flournoy, Lila Smith and Grady Smith; and her brothers, Lupe Jr. and Tomas Velasquez.
