She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mollie Steiger (Fenster) and Samuel H. Steiger; her husband Amnon Orent; her daughters, Aliza (Jennifer) and Leora (Art); her grandsons, Eylam, Eytan, Niv, Matan and Lucas; and her sisters-in-law, Tzippy (Rami) and Rhoda.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Austin Memorial Park (2800 Hancock Dr, Austin, TX 78731). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations in Elaine's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Hadassah Women's Organization.
