She was predeceased by: her husband Darrell K Royal; her children, Marian K Royal Kazen and David Wade Royal; her parents, Addie Mae and Alfred Marion "Cub" Thomason; and her brothers, Charles Ray Thomason and Billy Wayne Thomason.
She is survived by: her son Sammy Mack Royal; her children-in-law, April and Abraham "Chic" Kazen, III; her grandchildren, Elena Royal-Trombetta Howard, Christian Kazen, David Kazen and Samuel Royal (Tatjiana); her great grandchildren, Isabella, Alexandra Kazen and Goldie Royal Howard; her close friends, Beany Trombetta and Sadie Trombetta; and her brother Alfred "Goose" Thomason, Jr..
