He was predeceased by: his father Donald Sheppard; and his wife Rain. He is survived by: his mother Elise Sheppard; his children, Ian, Daniel, Lisie and Angel; his grandchildren, Wren, Russell, Azalea, Violet and Teva; his siblings, Morgan, Jonathan and Susannah; and his close friend Paul Conomos. He is also survived by his mother, siblings, nephews, children, grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to 'Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (https://www.cff.org)' in Dorr's honor.
