She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Lewis and Myrta Lewis (Brandt); her daughters, Connie Mae Brackenridge (Henze) and Debra Sue Rosauer (Henze); and her siblings, Frank, Robert, James, Earl, Merle, Jack, Rick and Donna Jean Lewis.

She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Kay Tarpey; her grandchildren, Richard, Michael Tarpey, Keven, Dennis Spurlin and Thomas Rosauer; and her siblings, Francis Lewis Parson and Roger Lewis (Sandra).
