With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charles Wesley Evans of Austin, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Evans and Germaine Evans; and his brother Gary Evans. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Evans; his daughter Tara Smith; his stepson Allen Pannell (Scottye); his siblings, Robert Evans and Lou Ann Rago; and his grandchildren, Audrey and Gus. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78753). The military honors will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
