He is survived by: his parents, Shawn Patrick Welsh of Austin, TX and Danielle Evans Welsh of Marietta, GA; his siblings, Caroline Elizabeth Welsh of San Diego, CA and Shawn Chandler Welsh of Atlanta, GA.; and his grandparents, Jeanne Elizabeth Welsh and William Patrick Welsh of Birmingham, AL.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
