It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Rubin (Austin, Texas), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Carol Ann leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jay Rubin; her children, Joshua Rubin, Sarah Shapiro (Benjamin) and Rachel Rubin (Michael Gerber); and her grandchildren, Ella, Charlie, Billie, Ezra, Miles and Elias.
