It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bobby George Stuart of Austin, Texas, born in Sweetwater, Texas, who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stuart and Thelma Stuart; his siblings, Louise Merritt and Joe; and his sister-in-law Sandy Stuart.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sister Betty Stephenson; his brother-in-law Paul Merritt; his children, Janice Harvey (Mike), Jill Bartels (James), Kevin Pierpoint (Aaren) and Brandon Pierpoint (Ashley); his grandchildren, Amanda Harvey (Brandon Champion), Allison Harvey, Dylan Robinson, Blake Robinson, Mackenzie Turnbill (Brady), Hunter Pierpoint, Bailey Pierpoint, Payton Pierpoint, Lily, Riley Cunningham, Skyler and Sydney Bartel; and his great grandchild Beau Champion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lutie Watkins Methodist Church (800 Wright St, Llano, TX 78643). A reception will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or any charity of your choice.
