She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee and Kathryn Lavon Smith Stevens; and her husband Henry F. Turner. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Ann Turner and Lee Henry Turner (Karen Patton); her grandchildren, Lee Patton, Tyler Turner (Lauren Turner) and Amanda Patton; her great grandchildren, Isabell Patton, Olivia Tamborello, Elliot Tamborello and Gemma Rose Turner; her sister Bettye; her brother-in-law Barry Marchant; and her nieces, Sue Taylor (Randy Taylor) and Lynn Elliott (Tim Elliott). She is also survived by family members, friends.
Her family suggests memorial donations be made to the Dr. Henry F. Turner Scholarship at the University of Montevallo Foundation, Station 6215, Montevallo, AL 35115.
