He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Palmer and James Palmer; and his parents-in-law, Sanford Mitteldorf and Shirley Mitteldorf. He is survived by: his wife Ronnie; his brother Donald (Judy); and also, Tammy Palmer Caloiaro, Amy Palmer Murray, Donald Palmer, Jr. and Cathy Mitteldorf Krus.
