He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. David M. Young Jr. and Mildred Victoria Young (Acker). He is survived by: his siblings, William (Linda) of Peoria and Carolyn of Austin; his nephew John; his niece Sara; and his cousins, Karen Acker, Gordon Acker, Douglas Acker (LA), Bruce Acker (Dottie), David Sorenson and Sylvia Newell (Bruce).
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Episcopal Church (3201 Windsor Rd, Austin, TX 78703).
