She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Sosa Loera; her children, Isabel Loera, Virginia Loera Garcia, Joe Loera, Jr. and Lawrence Loera (Chico); her parents, Pedro Rodriguez and Ramona Mendoza; and her siblings, Pedro Rodriguez, Jr., John Isaac Rodriguez, Rebecca Rodriguez and Julia Felan.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Loera-Pinales (Mary), Barbara Loera, Mary Loera Arana (Santiago), Veronica Loera Frank (James), Rose Loera Galarza (Carmel), Irene Loera, Edward Loera, Michael Loera (Gloria) and Adam Loera (Sonia). She is also survived by 44 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren.
