He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Sara Katherine Spielman (Polvovt); his wife Laura Lea Davis; his father Paul Spielman; and his sister Melissa Shank of Lake Jackson, Texas. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
