He is survived by: his wife Patricia Loera; his children, Patricia Owen, Eva Maldonado, Albert Garcia, Ana Canales, Javier Garcia, Raul Garcia, Elizabeth Garcia, Miguel Garcia, Mary Lee Garcia and Kaitlin Garcia; and his siblings, Julio Garcia and Gloria Clark. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
