She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey C. Smith and Vera Tanner Ritter; her husband Kenneth Jack Jackson Sr. of Murchison; her sisters, Edna Makerney, Cordie Lee Holland and Emogene Hellman; and her grandson Brandon Jared Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie McElree (David) of Malakoff, TX, Charmaine Knight of College Station, TX, Carol Eliassen (Kurt) of Mount Vernon, WA and Kenneth Jackson Jr. (Joyce) of Athens, TX; and her sister-in-law Nadra J. May of Athens, TX.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great, great-grandson as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
