She was predeceased by: her father Donald Roff. She is survived by: her children, Ernie, Emma, Maddie and Dexter; her husband Rustin Hartley; her mother Donna Roff; and her brother Scott Roff. She is also survived by 1 nephew, 3 nieces, aunts, and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kristin's memory may be made to Operation Kindness, ASPCA, your local shelter, or your favorite rescue.
