She was predeceased by: her husband Dee Herman Hampton; her parent Jewel; her son Dean Ivan Hampton; her stepmother Dovie Hampton Ross; her grandchildren, Kami Dee Nelson and Justin Ross Hampton; her great grandchild Cheyanne Hampton; her sister Wanda; and her brother-in-law Jim Wallace.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Dee Hampton Sr. (Melba) of Abilene, TX, Gene Isaac Hampton (Patty) of Aubrey, TX, Randy Paul Hampton Sr. of Aubrey, TX and Lisa Rachel Nelson of Aubrey, TX. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
