He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Baxter and Rita Baxter (Hathaway). He is survived by: his wife Jill Oren; his daughters, Amy Danette Crawford (Keith) and Stephanie Denise Jordan (Rob); his grandchildren, Ryan Anderton (Brittney), Randi Inderlied (Jason), Rylee Anderton, Katy Jordan, Keelie Jordan and Khloe Jordan; his great grandchildren, Danni Anderton, Wyatt Anderton, Jaxon Inderlied, Kennedy Inderlied and Victoria Randazzo; his brother Lonnie Baxter (Carol); and also Danny.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Slay Memorial Chapel (400 US-377, Aubrey, TX 76227). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Belew Cemetery (9500 Belew Rd, Pilot Point, TX 76227).
