He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Annette and Roy Lewis; his mother-in-law Esmeralda Gamez; and his uncle Steve Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Bryan Lewis and Rhonda Neal; his wife Lina Lewis; his stepmother Michelle Lewis; his son Kai Gamez-Lewis; his sister Brooke; his brother-in-law Spencer Wallace; his stepbrother Chase Pritchett; his father-in-law Rudy Gamez; his siblings-in-law, Celeste and Zach West; his nephew Waylon West; and his nieces, Willow West and Everleigh Pritchett.
