She was predeceased by: her spouse Roy Don Wood of Atlanta, TX; and her son Byron Marcus Sherman. She is survived by: her daughters, Melody Ann Thurmond (Erwin) and Stacie Marie Milligan (Lawrence Wright) of Oil City, LA; and her grandchildren, Roy Jacob Milligan of Oil City, LA and Kimberly.
In lieu of flowers, it is the request of Virginia Ann Sherman-Wood and her family that donations be made in her memory to the Williams Syndrome Association at Williams-syndrome.org, in honor of her special grandson Roy Jacob Milligan.
