He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurston Weaver and Gladys Lynchard Weaver; his son Frank Weaver; and his stepbrother Cliff Braughton. He is survived by: his wife Susan Weaver of Atlanta, Texas; his sons, Robert Weaver of Sacremento, Tony Weaver (Susan) of Bivins and Kent Weaver (Tracy) of Bloomburg, Texas; and his grandchildren, Annette Tamaya, Leanna Weaver, Nate Weaver and Kaitlyn Weaver. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
