She is survived by: her husband Jay S. Clements of Atlanta, Texas; her children, Jay S. Clements, Jr. (Gina), Charlotte Major (Tim) of Atlanta, Texas, Sharon Thomason (Royce) of Atlanta, Texas, Cathy Clements (Holly Anson) of Atlanta, Texas and Angela Grissom (Randy) of Atlanta, Texas; her niece Lisa Jean Gholson Thompson; and her caregivers, Chasity Armstrong, LaToya Wells, Arlynne Wells, Michelle Havard, Nola Giles, Janet Adams, June Head, Brenda Maracelli, Sharaye "Shay" Richardson, Golden Villa and Dr. Richard Hozdic. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren.
