She was predeceased by: her parents, Mardis Fletcher O'Farrell and Dorothy Nell Lee; her stepfather L. M. "Buck" Lee; and her brothers, Leonard M. Lee and Barney R. O'Farrell.
She is survived by: her husband Jann E. Lummus of Ashdown, Arkansas.; her children, Janette "Jan" Lummus of Texarkana, Daren Lummus of Texarkana and Susan Lunsford of Texarkana, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Johnny Lummus of Aurora, Kenny Lummus of Ward, Daren Lummus Jr. of Aurora, Blake (Kimberlyn Erie), Hannah (Avery Kuykendall) and Lily Anderson of Texarkana, Arkansas; and her sisters, Carolyn S. Osborne of Texarkana and Becky (Robert Pool). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
