He was predeceased by: his grandparents, J. B. and Ella Alexander; his father Billy Dale Loy; and his sister Melinda Loy. He is survived by: his wife Robin Alexander of Hughes Springs, Texas; his son River Joe Alexander of Bryan's Mill, Texas; his stepchildren, Andon Stanbaugh of Hughes Springs, Texas and Tatum Stanbaugh of Hughes Springs, Texas; his mother Shirley Loy of Atlanta, Texas; and his siblings, Jonathan Loy of Texarkana, Ricky Pittman (Stacy) of Bivins, Larry Loy of Domino, Robert Loy of Queen City, Gary Loy of Atlanta, Chris Leach of Palestine, Texas and Sherry Sprayberry of Antioch, Texas. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
