He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Plagens and Aubie Plagens. He is survived by: his sister Loma Brannon (Cal) of Atlanta, Texas; his nephew Greg N. Seay (Brenda) of Santa Fe, Texas; and his nieces, Sheila Bocco of League City and Lisa Hughes (Darren) of League City, Texas. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
