He is survived by: his wife Jane Dupree of Atlanta, Texas; his daughters, Teresa Brown (Buddy) of Bloomburg, Lisa Quinn of Atlanta and Sally Sheets (Clayton) of Maud, Texas; his brothers, Billy Dupree (Peggy) of Atlanta and Kenneth Dupree (Kay) of Atlanta, Texas; his granddaughters, Caitlin Sheets of Wake Village and Janie Miller (C. J.) of Bivins, Texas; and his great grandchildren, John Paul Miller, James Luke Miller and Joseph David Miller.
