Regina Virgie Kromer Parks Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2022, at the age of 97, Regina Virgie Kromer Parks of Atlanta, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kromer and Virgie Rissmiller Kromer; her husband William "Bill" Parks; her son William "Billy" (Cyndi); and her siblings, Stanley Kromer, Carl Kromer and Lucille Carman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Savage (David), Pamela Adams (David), Deborah Ratcliff (Randy) and Lisa Sloterdijk (Vincent); her sisters, Miriam Rounsaville and Kathleen Haney; her grandchildren, Heath Parks, Tiffany Savage, Jarrod Parks, Clint Parks, Cotty Parks, Mark Parks, Regina Adams, Stanley Savage and Brandon Adams (Spud); and her caregivers, Carla Snow, Deborah Bryan, Nancy Battenfield and Sissy Privitt. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren as well as many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Regina's memory to Hospice of Texarkana, Law's Chapel MC Scholarship Fund, Native Plant Society of Texas or a non-profit animal rescue of your choosing.
