He is survived by: his wife Margaret Eaves of Atlanta, Texas; his mother Shirley Humphrey of Atlanta, Texas; his sons, Josh Eaves (Melissa) of Texarkana and Tyler Eaves of Atlanta, Texas; and his brother Mark Eaves (Nancy) of Linden, Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
