He is survived by: his parents, Mark Penny and Teresa Penny of Atlanta, Texas; his fiancé Ashley Patterson of Atlanta, Texas; his siblings, John Robert Penny (Alicia) of Cleveland, Texas and Melisha Stafford (Brooke) of Lufkin, Texas; his grandmother Ruby Lee of Queen City, Texas; and his nephews, Wil and Grant Stafford of Lufkin, Texas. He is also survived by his dog, "Ranger"; and a number of aunts, uncles and other relatives.
Patrick was a caring and giving person; he continued that in death as he gave the gift of life to others through organ donation.
