She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Ford and Hester Ford. She is survived by: her children, Monte Womack (Reina) of Morris, Oklahoma, Brenda Womack of Queen City, Texas, Tony Womack of Garvin, Oklahoma and Yolanda Goodin Titchenal of Sherman, Texas; her brother Phil Ford; her son Paul Mark Womack; and her husband John David Goodin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren along with many friends.
