He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Caver and Mozelle Caver; his brother Mark Caver; and his grandchildren, Alex and Hayden Loeb.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Heather (Lance Marvel), Joshua Caver (Amy Penny), Samantha (Jack Loeb) and Jacob Caver; his grandchildren, Everly Marvel, Ellie Loeb, Jensen Marvel and Isabella Loeb; and his brother Larry Caver (Colleen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
