He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hudson and Viola Hudson. He is survived by: his children, Michael L. Hudson of Atlanta, Texas and Donna Helton (Dwight) of Grand Falls; and his sisters, Corrine Johnson of Burke County and Mavis Fortenberry of Burke County. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
