She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lewis and Mary Lewis; her husband Forrest Mauldin; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Mauldin; and her siblings, Aubrey, Clarence, Melvin Lewis and Audie Greene.

She is survived by: her son Rick Mauldin; her siblings, Lee Roy Lewis, Wade Lewis, Lavena Spradley and June Navratil; her grandsons, Luke Mauldin and Caleb Mauldin; and her great grandchildren, Maverick Mauldin and Raylee Mauldin.
