He is survived by: his wife Nadezda Westbrook (Zelinskaya) of Atlanta, TX; his children, Andrey Zelinskiy of Atlanta, TX and Audrey Westbrook of Atlanta, TX; his siblings, LaDonna Tyson (Rusty) of Atlanta, TX, Susie Tyson (Bill) of Atlanta, TX and Charles "Bubba" Westbrook (Carol) of Atlanta, TX; his aunt Beth Roman of Big Springs, TX; and his close friend Steve Heiden. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
