He is survived by: his wife Peggy Mills (Williams) of Atlanta, TX; his children, Teresa Curtis (Tim) of Atlanta, TX, Tasca Mills of San Antonio, TX, Kenneth Gary Mills (Cheri) of Azel, TX and Kelley P Mills; and his brother Joe Mills (Gwen) of Athens, TX. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
