She is survived by: her father Otho Cromer of Texarkana, Texas; her husband Lesley Milligan of Atlanta, Texas; her children, John Milligan (Jane) of Tulsa, James Milligan (Jennifer) of Linden, Texas and Tina Marshall of Bryant, Arkansas; and her siblings, James Cromer of Texarkana, Texas and Phyllis Pharr of Texarkana, Texas.
