He is survived by: his children, Johnny Solley, Jr (Kayla) of Cass, Texas and Tammy Plants of Atlanta, Texas; his sister Imogene McKinney of Cass, Texas; and his grandchildren, Hannah Plants, Jayla Gunn, Johnny Solley, III, Alexis Powell and Lakin Powell.
