He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker McElfresh and Gussie McElfresh; his grandfather John; and his son Stuart. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Kay McElfresh; his children, Joan Wood, Donna Bond (Craig) and Charles McElfresh (Alisa); and his sisters, Pat Hillin and Barbara Sadler (Roger). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
