It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Bonner of Atlanta, Texas, who passed away on December 12, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Smith Sr. and Johnnie Ruth Warren; and his former wife Gertia Bell Bonner. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Bonner (Bradley) of Atlanta, TX; his children, Corey Mosley of Atlanta, TX, Vickie C Bonner of Garland, TX, LaTonya Bonner Gaston of Garland, TX and Ouida Augustus (Daniel) of Atlanta, TX; his siblings, Dennis Smith of Garland, TX, LaVonya Jones (Xavier), Lisa Ayers (David) of Caldwell, TX and Theresa Buck of Atlanta, TX; his great great grandchild Childhood (Samuel McDowell) of Dallas, TX; his uncle Lloyd; his aunt Rosia Mary of Atlanta, TX; and his godchildren, Raschelle Bland of Atlanta, TX, Donna Illenfeld of Ennis, TX, Virginia Brooks Quinones of Dallas, TX, Stephanie Campbell (Torrance) of Atlanta, TX and Charles Brooks II of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
