He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Ballard and Joan Ballard; and his siblings, Ronnie Ballard Sr. and Joy Huff. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ballard of Atlanta, Texas; his brothers, Kenny Ballard of Clinton, Mississippi and Roy Ballard (Juneann) of Clinton, Mississippi; and his sisters-in-law, Rhonda, Darla and Tammy.
