She is survived by: her children, Billy Ray Ethridge and Bobbie J Hartsell (Adam); her sister Katie Smith; her granddaughters, Laycee Noel Johnson and Jodee Hartsell of Virginia; and her godson J. T. Hodges. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
