He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Chambless and Effie Chambless; and his siblings, Darwin Chambless, Harold Chambless, Bruce Chambless and Brenda Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chambless of Atlanta, Texas; his son Keith Chambless (Lori) of Plano, Texas; his grandsons, Jackson Chambless of Plano, Texas and Liam Chambless of Plano, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Franke Christian (Joy) of Savannah, Georgia, Carla Godwin of Black Creek, Elva Chambless of Ball and Joyce Chambless of Shreveport, Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
